Burnaby Amateur Radio Club Swap Meet
Date: February 26, 2012
Venue: Sullivan Community Center, 152nd street and 64th Avenue. Surrey, BC
Time: Sellers: 9:00am, General Admission: 10:00am.
Table Price: $20.00 ( includes admission fee for one seller, 2 people per table max.)
General Admission: $5.00 (children 12 and under free)
This year’s venue is a little smaller and less expensive than in past years so we’re passing the savings along to our table vendors and attendees. This will be the same great event that you have enjoyed in the past with a raffle, 50/50 draw, and door prizes. Coffee, tea, donuts and hot dogs will be available for purchase.
For tables, please contact Lou Beaubien VE7CGE (email: loubeaubien@telus.net or club@ve7bar.net). All tables need to be pre-paid. We will have vendor payments available thru Pay Pal shortly. Please contact Lou to make arrangements for the table prior to making the PayPal payment. Please see our website, www.ve7bar.net, for more details as they become available.
Please note that there are no easy access to washrooms for persons unable to climb a few stairs. Anyone with disability issues should contact us so we can determine if we can accommodate them.
